What is Energy Healing?

Energy Healing is a No Touch – No Drug therapy based on the fundamental principle that our body has the innate ability to heal itself from any physical or emotional trauma. Energy Healing utilises “Prana” or “Life Force” to speed up the self-healing process.

It majorly works on our energy body i.e Aura and energy centres more commonly known as Chakras. Our physical, mental and emotional health, our relationships, our thoughts and emotions, our prosperity and well-being are all engrained in the energy field around us. An imbalance in this energy field or life force in the Chakras is the root cause of all ailments.

With the help of Energy Healing, one can balance and align the Chakras to attain good physical and emotional health.
